AcuVibe.com must authorize the return of any products. All returned products, for any other reason than a manufacturer’s defect, will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. All returned products must be in new, unopened condition and returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. AcuVibe.com will not accept any product back without a return merchandise authorization number attached. Please note that we will only accept AcuVibe™ branded cordless massagers (they will have the AcuVibe™ logo found at the top of this page on the packaging and AcuVibe™ massager.) We will not accept Human Touch branded AcuVibes™ for return or warranty exchange.
